Stock availability: While we make every effort to keep our stock counts accurate, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we'll fulfill available products and contact you regarding backordered items.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are determined during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items.
Delivery timeline:
PAN India: Estimated at 5-6 business days.
International: Estimated at 21 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Unfortunately, we do not offer COD services.
Delivery attempts: Our courier service will make a total of two delivery attempts. Should you be unavailable, they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize our logistics partner to contact you regarding delivery arrangements.
Delivery reliability: We are committed to delivering products in pristine condition and within the specified timeframe. In the rare event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, please rest assured that we are actively working to expedite your delivery.
Shipping address changes: Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not possible.
International orders: Please note that taxes and custom charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can easily track the status of your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
