Cancellation and Returns

At PrintCenter, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality products while minimizing wastage. To achieve this, we do not offer cancellation or return services. Our team works diligently to ensure that each order is meticulously processed to meet our quality standards. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.



Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

While we strive for excellence in our shipping and packaging processes, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@printcenter.com. Please provide pictures of the issue for our assessment. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Conditions for Return

The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in an undamaged condition.
The fabric must be in the original cut length. If it’s cut, it cannot be returned.
Custom printed fabrics (customer’s choice) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refund Process

In the event that you are eligible for a refund due to receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we are committed to promptly addressing your concern. To initiate the refund process, kindly submit a formal email to our customer service team at info@printcenter.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure to include clear, high-quality images depicting the issue, and articulate the problem with precision and clarity in your correspondence.

Upon receipt of your email, our dedicated team will swiftly review your request and, if approved, facilitate a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase and will typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days. Please note that any incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount in the case of a return initiated by you.

We request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for orders received and share it with us in case of any complaint or query.
